Building on the success of Homestead's outstanding service and accommodations, a new neighborhood of villas - The Mews at Homestead Village -  opened in 2003. Situated on 30 acres of land adjacent to the current campus, the villas of the Mews are beautifully designed for comfort style and maintenance-free living. A total of 92 homes are clustered into a park-like setting with winding walkways, gazebos and a decorative pond.
