What makes this team unique?
The new villa project may be the first project of this magnitude in Lancaster County in which all of the principals involved in design
and construction are women! According to Phyllis Miller, Homestead Village Board Chair during the developmental stages of the Mews,
“Until it was brought to our attention, we had not focused on our team being all women. That is most remarkable and significant.
I believe it exemplifies the acceptance of and respect for professional women in today's environment. It is exciting for Homestead
Village to be sponsoring this revolutionary project. The results, no doubt, will be special.”
