Homestead Village is a
tobacco-free community.

Inspired by the ill effects of tobacco use and following the example of other health-care organizations, the Board of Directors and administration voted in 2007 to make Homestead Village a tobacco-free community. As of January 1, 2009, no tobacco use is permitted in the buildings or on the grounds of Homestead Village. Individuals who use tobacco products are not eligible for residency at Homestead Village.
